Droomreis dankzij Zohar African Safari Wat hebben wij een fantastische ervaring gehad met Zohar African Safari! Voor onze safari hebben wij gekozen voor Nyerere National Park en Ruaha National Park, en vanaf het eerste contact tot het moment dat we weer thuis waren, was alles perfect geregeld. De service was echt geweldig. Alles was tot in de puntjes georganiseerd, waardoor wij alleen maar hoefden te genieten van deze onvergetelijke reis. Wat Zohar voor ons echt bijzonder maakt, is de persoonlijke aanpak. Je voelt je geen klant, maar echt welkom. Het team staat 24/7 voor je klaar en als er iets is of je hebt een vraag, wordt dat meteen opgepakt. Een extra dankjewel aan Lilian en haar geweldige team: Jackie, Rachel en Meshack. Jullie betrokkenheid, vriendelijkheid en snelle hulp hebben onze reis nóg fijner gemaakt. Het was ontzettend prettig om te weten dat er altijd iemand bereikbaar was en met je meedacht. Wij kijken met ontzettend veel plezier terug op deze safari en zouden Zohar African Safari zonder enige twijfel aan iedereen aanbevelen. Trip of a lifetime. Zohar African Safari is a must for your bucket list Zohar African Safaris delivered a trip of a lifetime. Lillian runs a very detailed company. Solomon and Nathan were fantastic guides. Lunch one day with zebras, and the next lunch was with giraffes. On the safari, we saw all the big five animals and more. The balloon ride was incredible. When our flight got canceled, Lillian let us stay in a bedroom in her business. I highly recommend booking with Zohar African Safari.

Die Kommunikation mit Zohar war vom ersten Kontakt an bis zum Schluss sehr unkompliziert und einfach. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Wir besuchten den Tarangire-Nationalpark, den Ngorongoro-Krater und die Serengeti. Das absolute Highlight war, dass wir dank unseres aussergewöhnlichen Guides Solomon tatsächlich die Big Five und die Überquerung des Maraflusses sehen konnten. Solomon war einfach sensationell. Er war immer freundlich, ruhig und unglaublich professionell. Sein Fachwissen über die Tierwelt und die Natur war beeindruckend. Besonders faszinierend war, dass er selbst während der Fahrt jedes noch so gut versteckte Tier im Busch entdeckte. Immer wieder fragte man sich, wie er diese Tiere überhaupt sehen konnte – seine Erfahrung und sein geschultes Auge sind wirklich aussergewöhnlich. Auch sonst war alles hervorragend. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und die Lodges waren wunderschön, komfortabel und sorgsam ausgewählt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den aussergewöhnlichen Service von Zohar African Safari. Während der ganzen Safari wurden wir mit kleinen Geschenken für unsere Flitterwochen oder zu meinem Geburtstag überrascht. Zum Abschluss erhielten wir sogar noch liebevolle Abschiedsgeschenke – eine wunderschöne Geste, die unsere Reise perfekt abrundete. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Solomon und das gesamte Team von Zohar African Safari! OUr Zohar Serengeti Experience The team at Zohar went above and beyond to ensure our group of 8 had the best Safari experience. Lillian ensured the trip was planned down to the last detail. Solomon and Nathan, our safari guides, had eagle eyes and got us up close and personal with the animals. The lodgings were excellent, and the food was excellent. Go wild with Zohar! Lilian and her staff customized our multi-location safaris perfectly! She handled all of our transfers, air flights and luggage. The safaris themselves were beyond our expectations…animals everywhere, very comfortable lodging and great food. Our guides, Solomon and Nathan were extremely experienced, professional and very friendly. The second safari was vastly different from the first (Serengeti/Ngorongoro Crater). But the accommodation, food and staff were incredible. Ernest, our guide was fantastic.

Zohar people are good Our experience with Zohar Safaris was great. Lilian guided us properly as per our requirement. Property choice given was appropriate, staying was an amazing experience with good option for vegetarian food as well👌. Costing was competitive. Very responsive to queries or changes in Itinerary with logical guidance. Our tour vehicle was clean and comfortable. Our guide and driver Nathan was soft spoken, patient, safe and knowledgeable about terrain, animal and birds. I would recommend Zohar for a wonderful Tanzanian experience. Keep it up.

Zohar Totally exceeded expectations. Zohar completely exceeded the expectations we had for this dream vacation. The attention to detail was amazing. They delivered over 100% in everything they promised. The places we stayed were amazing and the food they provided was outstanding. We’ve never been with better guides. So attentive and kind. They spotted animals we wanted to see and got us closer to them than we could have imagined. We saw everything on our list and more. It was the top adventure of all of our travels. The most amazing safari trip ever I chose Zohar African Safaris for our honeymoon because they promised a personalised touch and an authentic experience and they definitely delivered! I would highly recommend booking with this world class company. Responsive and helpful From the outset, I was impressed with their quick, helpful communication during the booking process. This responsiveness continued throughout the trip, starting with an introductory briefing by the delightful owner, Lilian Kramer. We decided to change one of our activities on the verge of the trip and we were presented with additional options tailored to our desires. Superb Organisation, Special Touches Every aspect of the trip was well planned from the length of time and ideal locations in Arusha, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro, the cultural visit to the Masai village on the way back to Arusha, the luxurious accommodations, delicious meals, and special touches. I was delighted with the handwritten notes congratulating us on our marriage, the rose petals adorning the room, the personalised wine and water bottles to name a few. The sundowner was spectacular and the thoughtfulness of framing a picture of this special memory has preserved the moment forever. Knowledgeable, Personable Guide Our guide, Nathan, made our trip fun, informative, and memorable. Everyone we interacted with at Zohar was wonderful, but we spent the most time with Nathan and were delighted that he stayed with us throughout the trip as we developed an easy rapport. His humour and wealth of knowledge made him ideal for us, and we were delighted with his dedication to our enjoyment. We particularly enjoyed observing a lion pride set out on a hunt and then finding them successful the next morning, seeing a cheetah take down a gazelle, and seeing 6 rhinos as well as elephant families. He sought out the animals we were most interested in and supplemented his own expertise with written materials. He was a perfect guide and made our trip superb. Luxurious Accommodations and Easy Transfers We stayed in the Arusha Coffee Lodge, Serengeti Plains Camp, and Gibbs Farm. Each accommodation has its own special features and they were all wonderfully comfortable. Zohar has partnered with exceptional providers and we were particularly impressed with the tranquility at the Serengeti Plains Camp. Zohar arranged all transfers from the start of the trip to our departure at JRO airport so we did not have to think of anything which allowed us to switch off and connect with nature. I also appreciated the opportunity to have a shower at the Zohar office upon our return to Arusha for our departure flight after a long day. Know before you go It is worth wearing layers as the mornings can be cold but the place warms up during the day. The blankets in the jeep are very useful and I used a hair tie to secure mine like a cape. Pack an easily accessible change of clothes so that you can freshen up at the office before getting on your flight.

Best trip ever! Our safari with Zohar was fantastic! We traveled to Tanzania in February 2026 and everything couldn’t have been better or gone smoother. Lilian and her team created a great itinerary and was very easy to communicate with before, during and after our trip. Our guide, Solomon, had a keen sense of where to find animals and could interpret what was going on by watching other animals. For example, just by looking at the zebras, Solomon knew they were watching something and then we would find that something, like a cheetah or lion. Solomon also made sure we had the best views of everything! The accommodations were fun and comfortable. The meals at the lodges and out on safari were delicious. It was amazing to be eating lunch with giraffes walking by out in the middle of the bush! I could go on and on about our wonderful Zohar safari! We would go back in a heartbeat!
